Background

Harrow started-off working in the Oil & Gas industry to meet the needs of clients conducting upstream exploration in emerging markets around the world. This work required building an extensive footprint and sourcing experienced managers to run complex projects. Starting in 2003, the company began to expand into government services leveraging its knowledge of working in challenging operating environments providing labor and camp support. Today, Harrow works with oil & gas, telecommunications and construction industry as well as numerous non-government and government agencies.

In addition to its own operations, the company built up its capabilities in the Middle East by partnering with the Khudairi Group, which provides construction, power generation and logistics services across the region. Harrow is also partnered with Drum Cussac, a risk management company with deep experience working in Africa and Afghanistan.

The company today has an extensive presence in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. Harrow includes executives with an extensive background at Fortune 50 companies and operational experience working throughout these regions.
